  • All purchases of digital marketing services, including ad campaign management and subscription packages, are non-refundable once the service has begun.

  • This policy is in place because our team invests time, tools, and ad spend into setting up and launching campaigns immediately after purchase.


2. Subscription Services

Our subscription plans (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads) renew automatically on a recurring basis.

  • Cancellation:

    • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@marketing.cool.

    • Cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds on Renewals:

    • Once a renewal charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded because services are allocated immediately to your marketing campaign.


3. One-Time Services

For services such as SEO article writing, press release writing, or video production, refunds are not available once the work has started.
If you cancel before work begins, we can issue a full refund.


4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged twice or made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 7 days at contact@marketing.cool.

  • We will review the case and issue a full refund for any duplicate payments.


5. Service Issues

We will:

  • Investigate the issue,

  • Offer adjustments to your campaign or service,

  • And, in rare cases, consider a partial refund or credit at our discretion.


6. Chargebacks

  • If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended.

  • We strongly encourage reaching out to our support team before filing a dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
